What a wonderful weekend we have had here at Anise Catering Ltd. Once again we have been joined in our Gatwick head office for a Menu Tasting with a lovely couple due to marry at the gorgeous Brookfield Barn in Horsham and another lucky pair due to tie the knot at the National Trust Venue Polesden Lacey in Surrey.
One of my favourite chaps to work with, our wonderful Head Chef Neall Whiting prepared both couples their three course Wedding Breakfast including mouth watering canapes and delectable desserts!.
During our complimentary tasting sessions (yes – complimentary!) we offer the chance for the Bride and Groom to meet with their Event Manager and run through not only their food options but also the operational running of their day. Your Event Manager will discuss how and where we can assist as well as recommendations we can make regarding the planning at your chosen venue – after all we have been in the game longer than we care the admit!
