Today we’re talking about tastings!
Here at Anise Catering Ltd – our tasting sessions give our clients the opportunity not only to sample our head chefs mouth-wateringly good food – but also the chance to meet with our talented events team.
This weekend we welcomed two lovely couples who just so happen to be getting married at a two of our favourite venues – Gildings Barn and Brookfield Barn in West Sussex!
Both pairs were able to find out what input Anise is able to provide to make us a fully bespoke service for their Weddings! We have been working with both venues for some time
During these meetings we can discuss the operational running of your event as well as making sure that our food suits your tastes perfectly when it comes to the big day! Any changes or input you would like to have is welcomed, our chef will have plenty of ideas of his own if you would like a dish changed too!
