Mark Illman – Managing Director
Prior to founding Anise Catering in 2005, Mark had over fifteen years of experience organising large and small private and corporate events for quality event and contract catering companies.
Paul Clement – Non Executive Director
In 2012 having completed a 10 month contract for Sodexo prestige events heading up the operation for official hospitality at the Olympic Games, Paul joined as a Director of Anise Catering.
Cassie Podesta – Business Development and Sales Manager
With a background in Recruitment Sales, Cassie found a new passion in events sales/organising and business development after starting with Anise in 2016.
Liz Shirley – Event Manager and Coordinator
