Lewes Castle
Lewes Castle is one of the few wedding venues in South East England where vows can be exchanged in the open air in glorious breath-taking surroundings.
Standing proudly at the heart of the South Downs, the castle offers you and your guests a romantic ruin dating back to the Norman age, with unrivalled hilltop views of the
surrounding countryside and old town below.
An audience of up to eighty guests may share in your ceremony from under the shade of the lime tree and do not worry we can provide cover if it rains! After the ceremony the wedding party descends to the Gun Garden where many couples choose to hold their own bespoke wedding receptions or stay for an extra hour or two for drinks and canapes. In the Gun Garden you may be joined by up to a hundred guests.
What better way to celebrate your special day than at your very own fairy-tale Castle.
