One of the most satisfying parts of our job is actually getting to see the bride and groom having such a care-free day! The couple looked amazing together and we are so happy we got to be involved!

We cannot thank you, Neil and the rest of the team enough – you were all fantastic in the run up to and the wedding day itself.
You were brilliant running everything from the catering side, keeping us on time and also helping with extra bits and bobs which were totally not in your job description but definitely made our day much less stressful, like putting up the signs etc. You were a pleasure to be around and lots of our guests commented on how lovely you were.
Thank you also for the extra fish and chip cones – what a bunch of gluttons we invited! As about 10 people had already left by then, so 75 was pretty much one cone each! Anyway, the payment should be with you now.
The food was delicious – the canapés, the 3 course meal and the fish and chip cones: again we had so many guests loving the food! (including us of course!) Also the bulgogi beef skewer was perfect, a very authentic taste indeed! Whilst there was a bit of a gap between started and main course, the food all came out quickly to all the tables and was hot, tasty and very well presented.
The whole team were very well presented, smily and friendly as well which also adds to the atmosphere in a positive way.
Thank you as well for helping to take some things down afterwards and collecting it all together – it made the next morning much better for us (a few sore heads were especially grateful!)
Overall, me and Steve found you and the whole Anise team to be professional, friendly and very capable, and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone planning a wedding or other event. Thank you so much again!
